IMHO, make a free Microsoft account to submit the form. I'm about to do the same. I have an account already, but really just use it for deliverability testing. In a perfect world, you shouldn't have to do this. We don't live in a perfect world.
Bonus: You'll now have a mailbox you can send to, to see if mail is getting rejected, if/when you want to test this in the future.
