So, Microsoft rolled out a new spam management system around June 19th,
the second(?) time they've tried to make it work.
We're getting the same issues we've had when they tried the first time
around February: our IP address keep getting blocked randomly with the
message: "part of their network is on our block list (S3150)"
The issue is we're supposed to be registered in the JMRP (Junk Mail
Reporting Program) but we're not receiving any notifications.
Through the new SNDS interface at https://substrate.office.com/ we can
see that some domains are reported. We have received maybe one or two
notifications from the JMRP since June 19th, but unrelated to the IP
addresses being blocked. And unrelated to the domains that the SNDS
interface is reporting.
The IP addresses are registered in a JMRP feed and should be sending us
notifications.
Anyone is having the same issues?
