I have a bit problem with a swedish global terrorist organisation ( SDN ID:

parlament election in sweden.

Now to the problem.

They operate a mailserver at " resistancemail.se "

This mailserver is a MX to ms.resistancemail.se which resolves to:
79.136.1.106

When i do a PTR on 106.1.136.79.in-addr.arpa =
h-79-136-1-106.NA.cust.bahnhof.se

I have tried mailing the [email protected], which just responds that they can
only act on a request from a swedish authority. (I have the government
papers, but the authorities in the sweden are lazy and rarely contact
organizations to get services shut down, they just request info and go on
with their investigations).

The way to deal with lazy organizations is th make it easier for them to
do what you want than to ignore you, so you need to tell them clearly how to do what you want and be persistant.
I would try to work with either my member of parliament (though I guess that
the terrorists could claim your MP has a political motive here) or your
local police chief. Either should be a "swedish authority" who can request
[email protected] sht down these services, once you have given the MP/police chief the evidence.

I mean, whats the point of a "abuse@" adress if you only are gonna listen on
swedish authorities and nothing more?

Also looked around if there is ways to report this terrorist mailserver so
it gets blocked everywhere, but the spam lists seem to just concentrate on
just spam, malware and so on, not other illegal things like terrorism.

Hmm.

Sorry, I don't have any sugestions on blocking from the internet side.
