Hi Steve,
The Mailplane plugin works similarly to the Safari plugin, which comes with
OmniFocus. The link inserted at the same place when creating a task.

I didn't find the "open linked item" action.

OmniFocus doesn't seem to accept links in task titles. I tried to drag and
drop an URL from Safari to an task title, but it got converted to text.
Maybe this is how it works.
