I use SyncMan <http://wateree.net/syncman/> , which works a lot more reliably than the 'native' sync (only appears if you have an iPhone or iPod Touch). It handles contacts that only have a company name much better than iSync/iTunes - i find the latter creates a fake duplicate address with the company name in the personal name fields.
