Hi All. Our organization uses Google Apps. I used MailPlane to access it. All was wonderful until we started using TriCipher to manage the logins. Now I when I access our GMail, I am directed to a login page which appears in MailPlane. I enter the credentials and always hold down the Command key as I click the appropriate button. Everything stays in the main window.
After the log in is complete, I am presented with a page with icons for all of the apps managed by TriCipher. I click on the GMail App - again holding down the Command key. But no matter what I do, TriCipher pops open SAML transfer page in a message window from MailPlane. This is the same type of window as if I would have opened a GMail message in a separate window - as in not the main MailPlane application window. Then my inbox appears in the window and not in the main application window. Is there any way to force MailPlane to open that window in the main application window? Without that, unfortunately I can't use MailPlane for work and that really stinks.
