Need Windows version? <http://mailplaneapp.com/windows> Mailplane 2.0.1 Important: "Cutting Edge" Setting This release has automatically unchecked the *Preferences/Advanced/Check for Update watches Cutting Edge releases* setting, as it is now used differently. If you leave it unchecked you'll automatically get new versions containing all available translations. If you choose to enable the setting, you'll automatically get frequent updates with new (but untested) beta features. The "cutting edge" versions are available in English only and are less stable than the official tested releases. Use at your own risk :) New: Support for Google's Picasa Google announced Picasa<http://googleblog.blogspot.com/2009/01/introducing-picasa-for-mac-at-macworld.html> for Mac at MacWorld 2009. Like iPhoto, Picasa has an "Email" button to compose emails in Mailplane. Just make sure Mailplane is your default email application (see Preferences/Advanced). Then go to Picasa's preferences/Email and set Mailplane as your email app. [image: Picasa] Improved: Text Clippings Drag and Drop You can drag and drop a text clipping file to and from Mailplane text fields. Improved: mailto URL and AppleScript body text The body text was restricted to short text when using mailto: URLs or AppleScript. This restriction has now been removed.
