Hi Colin, Please try this: - Start Mailplane while holding the ⌥ key - Click login on the authentication window. - Does the login go away? Or do you get an error message?
If the authentiation window went away, Mailplane was able to login but not to load your inbox. Next steps: - Go to /Users/<user name>/Library/Application Support/Mailplane - Delete all files with the "cookies" extension (do not delete Accounts.xml or other files) - Start Mailplane while holding the ⌥ key - When you the authentication window do a Mailplane->Empty Cache - Click login - Does it work? Please let me know how it goes. On Sun, Jan 18, 2009 at 1:35 AM, colin. <[email protected]> wrote: > > Hi, I'm having a strange problem with Mailplane 2.0.
