Hi Chris,
Maybe your Gmail sessions need to be recreated:

• Do a Mailplane->Empty Cache

• Stop Mailplane

• Open Finder

• Go to ~/Library/Application Support/Mailplane

• Delete all *.cookies files (*do not delete Accounts.xml)*

• Start Mailplane

Let me know if this solves your problem.
