Hi Jim,Mailplane doesn't create the PDF files, so there are no preferences
for it.
The "Mail PDF with Mailplane" is a PDF Service that shows up in the print
dialog.

Here's what I found in "Print Help" - I am not sure if/how the quality of
the PDF can be controlled in any way:

Getting the best quality when you print a PDF file

If you preview a PDF file before printing it and then print that preview,
you may notice a decrease in the quality of the printout because you are
printing a PDF file created from a PDF file.

To get the best quality when you print a PDF file, find the window
containing the original PDF file and print the original.
