I've definitely tracked it down to Offline being enabled. I was having the layout issue w/both of my accounts this evening (on a different machine than before) and I disabled Offline on both the accounts and it fixed the layout issue.
But now I am having another weird issue. Folders4Gmail won't work for my personal Gmail account on one of my machines. Not really a Mailplane problem though as it does not work in Safari, Mailplane or Firefox. But on the other 2 machines it works fine. I don't know what Google did today, but it frankly is really bad.
