Hi Rueben and all - I had the send shortcut mapped to Command and enter and it has worked perfectly for months. With recent releases (or google changes) it no longer works.
Command Shift D - the deault - works, but I wanted something simpler and it has worked in the past. Also - ad blocking doesn't work anymore in my setup - either with customised css or greasekit scripts.
