Ruben:

When I install the iPhoto plugin, and have sharing enabled in iPhoto,
Leopard's firewall sees that iPhoto has been modified, and doesn't
trust it. So every time I launch iPhoto, it prompts me to allow it to
accept incoming connections.

It's possible to see what issues the firewall is concerned about by
running this command:

$ codesign -vvv /Applications/iPhoto.app
/Applications/iPhoto.app: a sealed resource is missing or invalid
/Applications/iPhoto.app/Contents/Resources/Scripts/Mailplane.scpt:
resource added
/Applications/iPhoto.app/Contents/Resources/Scripts/Mailplane.tif:
resource added
/Applications/iPhoto.app/Contents/Resources/ClientAppSignatures.plist:
resource modified

Unfortunately, removing the plugin from within Mailplane doesn't
restore iPhoto to a trusted state:

$ codesign -vvv /Applications/iPhoto.app
/Applications/iPhoto.app: a sealed resource is missing or invalid
/Applications/iPhoto.app/Contents/Resources/ClientAppSignatures.plist:
resource modified

It's not a big deal, but it is a little annoying. I wonder if anything
can be done to work around this?
