Hi Bob,
When you switch accounts, Mailplane will save the Gmail session for the
"previous" account and restore the session for the "next" account.

The "Reset Gmail Session" is used to resolve issues: When you choose to
reset your Gmail session, Mailplane clears the web cache for all accounts
and resets the cookies (session) for the currently selected account. As an
alternative you can ⌘-Click the Gmail "Sign Out" link.
