I get something like that from time to time.  And just now when I was
sending a message and got another one right away, it said "me: Subject
header" and had a picture of what I use for my Mac login screen
(headshot) but the message wasn't from me - it was incoming from
another sender.  I get that plenty often to be honest.  It does seem
to happen 100% of the time when one message has just been sent and
another one is coming in at the same time.
