I'm probably dreaming, but it would be very cool if I could set up a filter in Mailplane where I could have my signature enabled, except for emails from certain email addresses or phone numbers. Say, if I could add a list of exceptions.
The reason for this is due to people who text me. When I reply, I don't want my HTML signature going to their cell phones, keeping it as short as possible, so I have to delete my signature block every time. My other option right now is to NOT have any signatures enabled and then do a cmd-alt-s and apply a signature for every email. That might not be so bad if I could re-order my signatures and have the one I used most often at the top so I could just do the cmd-alt-s-return. But, I have to arrow down to get that signature. It sounds petty, but when people are texting, you know how fast they do it and how quickly the emails are exchanged. It is a pain to have to delete the signature block each time. So, I would like to say, for example, that anything coming from 206-555-4886 or [email protected] would not have a signature enabled in the replies.
