Mailplane doesn't support automatic synching. All account settings, text snippets, and signatures are stored in one file:
*HOME/Library/Application Support/Mailplane/Accounts_2.xml* Just copy this file to your other Mac and store it at the same location. Passwords are stored in the login keychain: HOME/Library/Keychain/Login.keychain. I'm not sure you want to completely overwrite it with your old Macs keychain. You can use MobileMe/Sync services to sync the passwords.
