Yes, you can. Mailplane can notify multiple accounts:
Please go to Preferences > General > New Mail Notifications and set the
"Counter is calculated from" setting to "All Signed-In Accounts". Next make
sure your accounts are signed in. Either use the Accounts Drawer or go to
Preferences > Accounts and turn on "Automatically login when needed" for
each account.

You can do the same for Growl (http://growl.info) and Sound notifications.

Tip: Give your accounts nicknames and different colors. They will show in
the Growl notifications.
