First: I'm sorry you cannot access your account for the next 24 hours.

Mailplane works like a web browser plus it uses the Gmail Rss feed for checking unread messages. I don't see how this could account for the suspicious activity.

Maybe it's another device (phone)? Or there is really somebody trying to access your Gmail account?
