Yes, Mailplane will automatically insert the signature. If it doesn't work, review these settings: 1) Please double check the email address in your signature. It must exactly match the email address in the "From" field of your message (reply or new message)
2) Please make sure you have enabled the "Default" checkbox before the signature Tip: You can keep your Gmail signature, this can be handy if you use Gmail outside of Mailplane. Here are the how to articles: - Insert a different signature<http://mailplaneapp.com/howto/entry/insert_a_different_signature/> Mailplane 2.1: Define and use multiple signatures for the same email address. - Add a signature for another “from” email address<http://mailplaneapp.com/howto/entry/add_a_signature_for_another_from_email_address/> Mailplane 2.1: Add separate signatures for your different *from* email addresses. - Setup your first HTML signature<http://mailplaneapp.com/howto/entry/setup_your_first_html_signature/> Mailplane 2.1: Learn how to create your first HTML signature.
