Do you use Google Gears to enable Offline Gmail? Google Gears could be the reason for the "Still working" messages. You can disable Google Gears in *Preferences > Advanced *(restart to apply the setting). * * *Logs - I've not found anything really helpful, but if you like to see the network communication:* *- right click the mailplane window * *- select the Inspect Element menu item to open the WebKit inspector.* *- click "Resources" and "Enable Resource Tracking"*
