Hi Carlos,

Ok, here are the instructions.

*But first a disclaimer :)*
Changing the contents iCal is not something Apple recommends.
iCal's "codesigning" will be invalidated by replacing the script. This means
it cannot access the keychain if it needs to (I am not sure it requires the
keychain, though). However, if you undo the change, it'll be back to
normal.

*Installation instructions:*
1) Download the attached Mail.scpt file
2) Close iCal
3) Switch to Finder
4) Go to your Applications folder, locate iCal
5) Control-Click it and select "Compress iCal" to make a backup. Optional
Move iCal.zip to another folder
6) Control-Click it again and select "Show Package Contents"
7) Navigate to Contents/Resources/Scripts
8) Rename the file "Mail.scpt" to MailORIGINAL.scpt (you may need to enter
your username/password)
9) Move the downloaded Mail.scpt to the Scripts folder
10) Start iCal and invite people using Mailplane.

*Here's how you switch back to Mail.app:*
- Navigrate to the Scripts folder as described above
- Move the Mail.scpt file to the Trash
- Rename MailORIGINAL.scpt back to Mail.scpt
- Or: If you didn't update Mac OS X, Move iCal to the trash and double click
the iCal.zip file to unpack the backup.

Let me know how it goes.
