For the last two days, Mailplane has been unusable. It opens fine and gets new messages, and I can open a message and read it. However, as soon as I try to return to the inbox list, it locks up. The message "Oops . . . they system encountered a problem (#500)" appears and it cycles through "retrying" endlessly until I shut down. Same behavior for any attempt to reply or send a new message. I can compose the message, but get the behavior on clicking "Send."
Also, the dock icon will show new messages in, but those messages will not appear in the list in Mailplane, and refreshing does not help. In fact, sometimes refreshing takes me back to the system error message again. Growl notifications are working. I am running OSX 10.6.4 and Mailplane 2.2.1. I am not using Priority Inbox. I am able to access my Gmail through my browser, Firefox 3.6.11, so the problem appears to be with Mailplane.
