Hi Renée, 1) Compose all new: Please use the *File > New, the "New"* toolbar icon, or the *⌘N *keyboard shortcut to use the feature. 2) Please open *Gmail > Settings * and enable "Keyboard shortcuts". Save settings & restart Mailplane.
