Does the email address [email protected] exactly match the account's email address (see preferences > accounts). If in doubt, please send to ruben AT mailplaneapp.com: 1) HOME/Library/Preferences/com.mailplaneapp.Mailplane.plist 2) Could you send me your Accounts_2.xml file, too? It is located in HOME/Library/Application Support/Mailplane. No worries, it doesn't contain any passwords.
