Good idea, I'll consider this for a future release. In case you don't like a shortcut or you want to set a keyboard, here is how you can change any keyboard shortcut in Mailplane:
1) Go to system preferences 2) Open "Keyboard & Mouse" 3) Go to "Keyboard Shortcuts" 4) Click the "+" Button 5) Choose "Mailplane" form the list 6) Enter the "Menu title" like "Copy as Mailplane URL" 7) Enter the desired keyboard shortcut.
