I've suddenly got a problem with my MailPlane account which has been
running fine until I added a new address.

I have several other addresses - and have tried logging in with them
all. But everytime I get the message:

Could not connect to the server - followed by my log in details i.e.
Email and Password.

I can't email support because that involves logging in which I can't
do?

I've logged onto the new account via Safari/Googlemail and changed/
confirmed the password.

But MailPlane still won't accept it.

Help!
