Ruben, I'm having this problem too. I'm running the latest preview release (2.3.2-preview1 (#1575) ) as well as the latest beta of busycal.
The url does have a number after it, but when I click it in busycal, it just brings up the main mailplane window without opening up the email. The same url in omnifocus works correctly.
