Sometimes, inset chat windows (i.e. those that are not "popped-out") don't align with the bottom of the Mailplane window. They might be offset up by 100-200 px or shifted 50-100 px to the right (so you can't see the right half of the right-most chat window). To get them back to rendering right, I can pop them all out and then back in, or I can reset the GMail session and start new chats. Either way, it's annoying and/or tedious.
