The problem with this system is that nobody (or at least me) know who's
being answered. 
I have made a question and I don't know when it's being answered. 

Whoever is managing this should consider other support options, especially
in a paid application with poor and really confusing customer support

I cannot tell you for sure, as on my side it works normal.

How long does it take? Could you measure the following:

1) Select View > Reload Page and measure the time it takes to load your
inbox

2) Open gmail in safari, then hit View > Reload Page to see if it makes a
difference. 

 

Please make sure to use the same account in both instances.

Why switching between accounts is taking so long now? Is because the latest
update or it's Lion?
