Maybe it's a permission problem and Mailplane cannot write to the folder it's stored in. Here's how you can solve the issue: 1. Close Mailplane 2. Visit http://mailplaneapp.com/download and download Mailplane 3. Open the DMG file 4. Drag the Mailplane ICON to the Applications folder. When asked for a password, enter your password. 5.
