Another time he sent me mailplane 1668 when the newest version didn't work on my computer. I didn't save the dmg for that however. I have emailed him again saying there are people having problems with the new version. You should go to "help" and email him. tell him what your os is and what kind of computer.tell him exactly what the problem is. That info will help him.he usually responds within 24 to 48 hours but I did email him only yesterday.
