Not sure if the developer is running ML yet, but i'm noticing a major problem which used to affect me on Lion occasionally, where Mailplane stops being able to do things like marking email as read, and connecting to chat, and just looks like it's working, but then if you refresh your inbox, the mail which should be marked as read wasn't.
On Lion, you could just Reset Gmail Session to fix this, but this doesn't work on Mountain Lion - Reset Gmail Session just basically refreshes, and doesn't require a login again (I use 2FA). Deleting the entire mailplane Application Support folder and preferences file doesn't work either, so i'm guessing ML changes the way that cookies and caches are stored, which breaks ML.
