I'm getting confused lately in Mailplane with 2-factor enabled in GMail.
Maybe somebody can explain how it is supposed to work.

When I first enabled 2-factor, I created an app-specific password for
Mailplane and entered it. Mailplane memorized it.

Since then, when I occasionally get a GMail logon request show up in
Mailplane, it appears that Mailplane has auto-entered the app-specific
password, as the GMail page shows (in red) that I entered an app-specific
password and that I need to enter the regular password. That happened just
now (when I did a Mailplane->Reset GMail Session). So, I typed in my
regular password and it then asked me for the verification code, which
comes from an app on my phone.

Is Mailplane supposed to work with an app-specific password or not? I feel
sure that it was, for a while. That must be when it memorized the
app-specific password that GMail now complains about every time it wants
Mailplane to re-authenticate.

If I need to change to a different password, I can't seem to find where in
Preferences to do that.
