Sorry for the late reply.
Please make sure you are looking at the "right" Application Support folder:
0. Stop Mailplane
1. Go to Finder
2. Click the "Go" menu
3. Hold down the OPTION key (⌥) (this will reveal the Library menu item)
4. Select "Library" then "Application Support" then "Mailplane"
5. Move all files ending with "cookies" to the Trash.
