Hi there; Thanks for the message. There is not currently the option of an accounts drawer within Mailplane 3, although we have had several requests and have it on our list. Hopefully we'll see it added soon, we do know users with multiple accounts really did like being able to see the inbox counts so easily. I will forward on your request as well.
