Well, this just came to a head. My wife had been trying to use mailplane for 2 hours to paste an image inline and couldn't get it to work (we hadn't talked about this in a while). She finally came to me and asked about it and I told her it doesn't work yet. She couldn't understand why it works in the browser but not in MP. She asked me why we're using this and not just using the webpage. She has now told me to take it off of her computer as it's not helping her if there are time when she has to use the web page and times when she can use MP.
As much as i'd like to make her keep it on her computer I can't find a reason to justify it for her. Just figured I'd let you know that "real" people are having the same pains.
