Hi James;

I just tried it on my end and don't seem to have a problem.  To make sure 
I'm doing the same thing as you;

Click Pop up notification
Archive the email (I use the 'E' shortcut)
At this point, nothing happens on your end?

If you're using a different shortcut or I'm missing something, please let 
me know.
