Hi, I would like to turn off the Auto correct for spelling. It's just too annoying and I have to repeatedly change the auto-correct back to the word I want. I don't mind having suspect words underlined.
However, this menu option is greyed-out and I cannot click it, so the checkmark is permanently stuck on. I tried closing all my account tabs and still greyed out. (Edit > Spelling and Grammar > Correct Spelling Automatically) Searching Knowledgebase for even "spelling" yields nothing. Can't see anything in Preferences. While we're at it, the "Show Spelling and Grammar" and "Check Document Now" are also always greyed out. Any ideas how to enable these settings? Version 3.1.3 (939), MacBook, Mavericks 10.9.2.
