Hi Jessica, Following on this thread, Iam having the same issue.
I have set Mailplane as the default in Mailplane and also set it as the default email client within Apple Mail, BUT, it still does not who up in 'share' within preview. You have anyway to resolve this, as it does restrict work flow when mail can not be sent directly from Preview, and I do not wish to be running Apple Mail to overcome this.
