Hi Rachel;

That's odd.  So you do indeed have 3rd party cookies enabled within Safari? 
 Try quitting Mailplane and restart.  If that doesn't help, disable Stream 
(Preferences > Accounts > Plugins) and enable it again and see if it helps.
