Can you try clicking Mailplane > Reset Mailplane and see if it helps?  If 
it's still happening, can you spread your accounts across a couple 
workspaces via the Mailplane > Switch to account feature?  See:

If you are still having issues, please shoot me an email immediately after 
experiencing the troubles via the Help > Support & Feedback menu item.
