Any update on this?  Looks like this request was posted more that a year 
ago.  Seems like such a simple thing to add given that it is already 
implemented for Gmail. Here is one area where using a any browser is so 
much better than Mailplane given that every browser has a selection of 
extensions that will apply custom CSS to any given site.  A deal breaker 
for me.
