Hi Guys;

Can you email me via [email protected] to ensure everyone gets their
issues handled? Sometimes it's not the same issue and I want to make sure
you're all getting fixed up!

My basic tips are:

   - Make sure Mailplane is updated
   - Make sure your OS X is updated
   - Mailplane > Reset Mailplane
   - Restart your computer if it has been awhile.
   - If you run more than 3-4 tabs at once, use our Switch to Account
   <http://mailplaneapp.com/howto/entry/switch_to_account/> feature.

If you're still having troubles, please email me directly!

Again: [email protected]

Cheers;

Jessica
