Ya biasanya dapet CD yg didalamnya ada utility buat format. Dicoba aja pake utility CD bawaan tsb. Kalo tetep nggak bisa & masih garansi ya tuker aja ke penjualnya. Seperti yg pernah alami flashdisk masih garansi tapi juga nggak bisa diapa2in... ya tuker aja.
