Betul,menurutku juga pake program Xp Indonesia itu ga ada hubungannya dengan masalah sampeyan,wong aku juga dirumah pake program Xp Indonesia juga ga ada masalah apa2 tuh.Sebaiknya sampeyan periksa dulu hardware monitor PC anda.Caranya masuk ke BIOS dan lihat hardware monitor,disitu apabila ada daya power supply yg ngedrop akan terlihat berwarna merah.Apabila memang demikian,sebaiknya ganti power supply anda.Apabila masih juga terjadi troubleshooting,sebaiknya install ulang saja Pc anda.semoga membantu.
