dear all saya ada masalah dengan file and print sharing sudah hampir 2 minggu komputer saya tidak bisa mengakses file dan printer yang tersharing dalam LAN di kantor kami. juga file sharing saya gak bisa di akses oleh kompi lain. koneksi ke internet via gateway normal, ping ke kompi lain juga normal, kompi saya menggunakan os windows professional service pack 2, anti virus AVG, rutin di update. apakah setting firewallnya ato ada virus/trojan yang ngeblok request untuk file sharing?? mohon pencerahan
