Kalo diliat dari error messagenya, sepertinya koneksi internet disitu lagi lelet. Coba dech pake koneksi lain atau coba konek diluar jam kantor/jam sibuk. Btw... sudah diikuti dengan "Baik dan Benar" gak semua petunjuk settingan POP & SMTP untuk Gmail yang dapat dicari di web nya ?
