bosku di kantor pake notebook Toshiba Tecra A3-S611. belakangan ini bermasalah saat shut down. kalo dipakenya gak lama(sekitar 15 menit)shut down gak masalah.tapi kalo udah dipake lebih dari itu, misalnya 1/2 jam aja udah lama banget shut down...bahkan sering gak bisa shut down sama sekali. mohon pencerahannya. sebagai tambahan....update windowsnya automatic dan firewall juga aktif karena sering terhubung dengan internet. awal kejadiannya setelah update windows trus norton antivirus 2005 (automatic live update). setelah itu mulailah masalah ini. semoga rekan2 bisa membantu. thanks
