Untuk menghilangkan sementara, coba matiin call divert (pengalihan panggilan) biasanya yang divert when busy, when not reachable dan no replay. Nah semua itu dicancel aja. Tapi kalo HP anda matiin trus dihidupin lagi, fitur mailbox akan hidup lagi. Untuk permanennya ya hubungi call centernya indosat.
